      • What is CONTACT?

        Founded by Reuben Selby in 2018, CONTACT is a people first booking platform built on non-conformity. Championing individuality and diversity, our ever increasing board of models are not just faces, but genuine people with stories, interests and ambitions. With this in mind, we are dedicated to establishing genuine and long-lasting relationships between our models, clients and the public.

        With an aim to modernise the way we approach model management, CONTACT offers a unique online platform which streamlines the booking process and gives models full control over their workload.

        We offer bookers / casting directors the opportunity to minimise their workload by utilising our effective advanced search function, which details our models’ physical attributes and availability, effectively cutting out the middle-man.

        For our models, there is the option to dictate when they’re actively available and when their calendar is dedicated to other commitments. They can also opt in or out of a job depending on the budget and whether it feels like the right fit.

        There’s been an imperative need to revolutionise model management for some time, and that revolution starts with CONTACT.

      • When will I hear back about my Become a Model application?

        Successful applicants will hear back within two weeks.

        Unfortunately, due to the large number of applicants we receive on a regular basis, CONTACT is unable to notify those who do not make it on our board at this time.

    • Getting Started

      • How do I sign up as a model on CONTACT?

        To sign up as a model on CONTACT, click ‘Become a model’ and fill out our quick and easy application form. Successful applicants will hear back within two weeks.

      • My application has been approved, how do I complete my profile?

        Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with your login and temporary password which you must use to verify your account. We will set up your profile on your behalf, asking for any required information / images. Depending on your location, you may also be called in to our London studio for test shooting.

      • Do I need to sign a contract?

        As a CONTACT model you are required to sign our mother agency contract which we will send you via email.

      • How do I edit my profile and account?

        We will set up your profile to maximise your chances of being selected by clients. If you wish to update your profile with new information / images then please contact us via help@contact.agency.

      • How do I delete my account?

        If you wish to leave CONTACT and break your contract then please contact us at help@contact.agency to begin the process.

    • The Dashboard

      • Overview

        Your dashboard can be accessed via the simple black and white navigation bar in the top left of your screen.

        To access your dashboard overview, click the profile icon in the top left navigation bar.

        From here you can see your calendar, view your job offers, as well as logout

      • Upcoming Jobs

        To access your upcoming jobs, click the folder icon in the top left navigation bar.

        From here you will be able to see and respond to all of your job offers. You will also be able to view all the upcoming jobs you have been finalised for.

        Whenever you are sent an offer or finalised for a job, you will also receive an email notification prompting further action.

      • How does getting booked work?

        The booking process for models is designed to be simple and intuitive as well as allow complete ownership over individual workload. It consists of the following key steps:

        1. Receive an offer
        2. Respond to offer
        3. Get finalised
        4. Contact the client
        5. Payment
        6. Feedback
      • What can I do if there are booking issues?

        If you run into any issues with your booking process, you can message us at any time by emailing help@contact.agency. We will respond as soon as possible.

    • Receiving Offers

      • What is a job offer?

        A job offer is an invitation from a client for you to work on their job. You will be able to review the details of the job, the client and the budget.

      • When should I accept an offer?

        As a CONTACT model, we wish you to have complete freedom over your modelling career. We encourage you to accept an offer when you feel like the client, job and payment is the right fit for you.

      • Can I contact the client before responding?

        Not directly, but if you feel like the offer is not clear enough or you have additional questions then you can email us at any time for more information.

      • Can I cancel after accepting an offer?

        You may cancel any time after accepting an offer. However, once you have been finalised, you can only cancel with a valid reason 72 hours before the start of the job. If you cancel within 72 hours of the job you may be fined.

    • Finalising

      • What does getting finalised mean?

        Getting finalised by a client means you have been confirmed as chosen for the job. From this point on you are committing to the job and may only cancel with a valid reason 72 hours before the start of the job. If you cancel within 72 hours of the job you may be fined.

      • How do I get finalised?

        After you have accepted a job offer, a client may finalise you for their job. This means you have been confirmed as chosen for the job.

      • Can I cancel after getting finalised?

        You may cancel with a valid reason 72 hours before the start of the job by contacting us via email. If you cancel within 72 hours of the job you may be fined.

    • Contacting Clients

      • Who can contact me?

        As a CONTACT model, only clients that have an approved job are able to send you an offer. We fully research and due diligence each client before their job is approved.

        A client may only contact you after you have been finalised.

      • How can I contact the client?

        You may contact the client only after you have been finalised. We will initiate the conversation via email and remain looped in so that we can oversee the job. A dedicated member of CONTACT staff will also be assigned to the job.

      • When will I receive my call sheet?

        A client should provide you with a thorough call sheet in good time before the start of the job.

        If you are unsatisfied with the details you have been given, ask the client for further clarification. If this does not resolve the issue, you can contact us at help@contact.agency.

      • What if there is a dispute?

        If there are any disputes, simply email us at help@contact.agency with an explanation of the situation and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      • How and when do I get paid?

        You will be paid upon completion of the job. This will be processed and overseen by CONTACT staff.

        If you wish to give feedback on your client then you may do so by emailing the dedicated member of CONTACT staff that was assigned to your job.

    • Getting Started

      • How do I sign-up as a client?

        To sign-up as a client, simply click ‘sign-up’, fill out your details and submit.

        Before signing up, you can immediately start adding models to a temporary shortlist. Once signed up, your temporary shortlist will then be saved as ‘My first shortlist’.

      • How do I complete my profile?

        Once signed up, you will immediately be taken to your dashboard overview. To complete the rest of your profile, click ‘edit profile’. Here you will be able to add your profile image and enter your full address details. This is required in order to create a job and continue the booking process.

      • How do I edit my profile and account?

        TTo edit your profile, go to your dashboard overview by clicking the profile icon in the top left navigation bar, then click ‘Edit profile’. From here you will be able to change your profile image and name, update your account details, as well as change your password.

      • How do I delete my account?

        You can delete your account at any time by clicking ‘Edit profile’, scrolling down and clicking ‘Delete your account’.

        To access the jobs section of your dashboard, click the folder icon in the top left navigation bar.

        Here, you can view and edit all your jobs, as well as create a new job.

        You will automatically view all your jobs in an easy-to-read list organised by start date. To view your jobs in a grid organised by name, click on the circular grid icon. In both views you can see the job name, brand, location and status.

        Click on any job to view and edit all details, as well as view all your model options and their status for that particular job.

      • Shortlists

        To access your shortlists, click the star icon in the top left navigation bar.

        Here, you will be able to view all your shortlists as well as create a new shortlist.

        Click on any shortlist to view or remove any models, delete the shortlist, or create a job from that shortlist.

    • Searching for Models

      • How do I search for models?

        To search for models, click ‘Book models’ in the top right navigation bar.

        You can search by location, gender and availability. Additionally, if you click ‘Advanced search’ you can also search by name and physical attributes including: height, leg length, waist size, chest size, suit size, bust size, hip size, shoe size, complexion, eye colour, hair colour and hair style.

      • What is advanced search?

        Advanced search is a new, in-depth way to search for models that opens up a whole variety of filtering options including name, location, gender and physical attributes

      • How do I learn more about a model?

        If you like the look of a model and want to learn more, simply click on their image to navigate to their profile.

        From here, you can view their physical attributes in either Imperial or Metric. Additionally, you can view their bio, hobbies and interests, as well as a sliding gallery of images. To view all images, videos and polaroids of that particular model, simply click their header profile image.

    • Shortlisting Models

      • What is shortlisting?

        Shortlisting is the second step in our booking process. After searching for models via your chosen filtering options, you can save all models that you would like to consider into shortlists.

      • How do I create a shortlist?

        To create a shortlist, go to the shortlists section of your dashboard by clicking the star icon in the top left navigation bar. From here click ‘Create shortlist’ and give it a name.

      • How do I shortlist a model?

        To shortlist a model, simply click the plus icon located in the bottom left of their image, or the top of their profile, select which shortlist you would like to add them to, and click ‘Add to shortlist’.

      • How do I view my shortlists?

        To view your shortlists, go to the shortlists section of your dashboard by clicking the star icon in the top left navigation bar.

    • Creating Jobs

      • How do I create a job?

        You can create a job in two different ways. To create a job from scratch, go to the jobs section of your dashboard by clicking the folder icon in the top left navigation bar, then click ‘Create a new job’. You will need to enter the job details, brief and location before submitting for approval.

        Alternatively, you can create a job from an existing shortlist. To do this, click on the shortlist you would like to advance, and click ‘Create job from list’. Once you have entered your job details, brief, location and submitted for approval, you will see that your shortlisted models have been added as Options for that particular job. Your original shortlist will still exist.

        All newly created jobs can be viewed in the jobs section of your dashboard and will be marked with the status ‘Pending approval’.

      • What are the budget terms?

        Contact reviews the budget of each job to ensure it is appropriate for the work required

      • When will my job be approved?

        CONTACT will endeavour to respond to all job submissions within 48 hours. If it is a last minute booking, you can email help@contact.agency so that we may prioritise your submission.

        All job submissions undergo full client research and due diligence. We may also reach out to you for further questions before your job is approved.

      • How do I edit or delete my job?

        You will only be able to edit your job before it is approved.

        To edit a job, go to the jobs section of your dashboard, click on the job you want to edit, scroll down and click ‘Edit job’. From here you will be able to edit any details and submit your changes. You may also delete your job by clicking ‘Delete job’.

      • My job has not been approved, what now?

        Unfortunately, there are cases where a job may not be approved. This is usually to do with insufficient clarity and safety. If this is the case, your job will be cancelled. You will be notified via email and in platform. For clarity on why this has happened and what changes should be made, please contact help@contact.agency.

    • Option

      • What are Options?

        Your Options are models that you want to consider for your job, receive responses from and potentially include in your final cut.

        If you created a job from an existing shortlist, all the models in that shortlist will be added as Options for that particular job.

      • My job has been approved, what happens now?

        Once your job has been approved, you will receive an email notification to let you know and an expiry date for your job will be set.

        All your options for that job will automatically be notified and prompted to either Accept or Reject your job.

        You can continue to option models at any time until you finalise your job.

      • How can I add or remove models to my job options?

        To option models, click on a model’s profile, click ‘offer’, click the job you want to add them to, then click ‘Option for job’.

        Additionally, you can remove any model options from within a particular job by clicking the red x icon in the bottom left of their profile image.

    • Receive Responses

      • When do I receive responses?

        As soon as your job has been approved, your current options and any additional models you choose to option, will automatically be notified. Models are encouraged to respond to offers as soon as possible.

        If you think there has been an issue with your offer or a model has not responded, you can email help@contact.agency for assistance. We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours.

      • What happens if my job is rejected?

        If your offer has been rejected, you will be notified and will unfortunately be unable to finalise that model for your job.

      • I did not receive enough ‘Accepted’ responses, what now?

        If you require more ‘Accepted’ responses, simply option further models for your job.

    • Finalise

      • I have received sufficient accepted responses, what now?

        Once you’ve received sufficient accepted responses, you can make your final cut if needed and confirm your models by simply clicking ‘finalise’. We will then put you in contact with your models via email.

        Your finalised models will be notified that they have been finalised for your job.

      • What happens once my job is finalised?

        Now that your job has been finalised, you may contact your finalised models. we’ll open communication between yourself and your models via email as well as introduce a dedicated member of staff to oversee your job, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

      • Can I cancel my job after it has been finalised?

        You may cancel your job within 72 hours of the start of the job by emailing the dedicated member of CONTACT staff who is assigned to your job.

    • Communicating With Models

      • Who can contact me?

        Models may contact you after they have been finalised for your job.

      • How do I contact my booked models?

        Now your job is finalised, we’ll open communication between yourself and your models via email.

      • How do I send my booked models their call sheet?

        You should provide your models with their call sheet via email and as early as possible before the start of the job.

      • What if my models do not show up at the scheduled time?

        If your finalised models do not show up at the scheduled time and you are unable to contact them then you can email help@contact.agency or call the CONTACT staff overseeing your job.

      • What if there is a dispute?

        If there are any disputes, simply email us at help@contact.agency with an explanation of the situation and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        In the rare occasion that models fail to perform services contracted in your agreement then you will not be required to pay for that model. Please view our Terms.

    • Payments

        Only once the job is complete and everyone is satisfied is payment finally taken.This will be processed and overseen by CONTACT staff.

        CONTACT charges a 20% booking fee for clients.

    • Password

      • I have forgotten my password.

        If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘Forgot password?’ under login, enter your email address and click ‘Reset password’. You will then receive an email which will allow you to create a new password.

      • How do I change my password?

        You can change your password at any time. Go to your dashboard overview by clicking the profile icon in the top left navigation bar, then click ‘Edit profile’ and scroll down to the password section.

      • What security measures do CONTACT provide to protect account information?

        CONTACT takes privacy and security very seriously. We use SSL encryption and authorisation tokens for HTTP requests, ensuring sensitive information is protected at all times.

      • How can I protect my CONTACT account?

        To ensure you protect your account to the highest level, CONTACT recommends changing your password every 60 days.

        CONTACT will never ask for your password.

    • Safety

      • What should I do in case of emergencies?

        In the case of an emergency where you are under immediate threat, call 999 or your nation’s respective emergency number.
